Open the app and tap the camera button on the main screen. Point your phone at any room or area — a living room, kitchen, office, or storage space — and tap to capture. There are no special lighting or positioning requirements. For best results, take the photo from a position where most items in the room are visible.

Adjustacus recognizes over 200 item categories including furniture, electronics, appliances, lighting fixtures, window treatments, artwork, rugs, and more. The AI is trained on household and commercial contents typical to insurance and property documentation. Items that are partially obscured or very small may not always be detected.

Yes. You can add multiple photos to a single report — each photo is processed separately and the results are combined into one consolidated inventory and cost summary. This lets you document an entire home or property in one organized report.

Yes. After each scan you can review the generated item list, rename items, adjust quantities, correct replacement values, and remove anything that was incorrectly identified. You have full control over the final inventory before exporting your report.

Adjustacus exports reports as PDF or CSV. The PDF is a formatted, professional document suitable for submission to insurance carriers, legal proceedings, or personal records. The CSV is a structured spreadsheet you can open in Excel, Google Sheets, or any claims management software.

Tap the share button on any completed report and choose Email. You can enter your carrier's claims email address directly. The report attaches automatically. You can also save the file to your device and attach it manually to any email, portal upload, or document submission system.

Reports are saved locally on your device and accessible from the Reports tab in the app. You can also export them to iCloud Drive, Files, or any storage service connected to your iPhone to keep a backup.

Replacement values are based on current market pricing data and are designed to be defensible starting points for insurance documentation. Values reflect typical retail replacement cost, not original purchase price or depreciated value. You can adjust any estimate to reflect a specific item's brand, model, or condition before exporting.

Photos are transmitted to our processing servers only for the duration of the AI scan. Once the itemization is complete, the image is not retained on our servers. Your original photos remain on your device and are not shared with any third parties.

No. Your personal information is never sold or shared with advertisers, insurance companies, or other third parties. We collect only what is necessary to operate the app and improve accuracy. See our privacy policy for full details.

Yes. You can request deletion of your account and any associated data at any time by contacting us at info@knowleapstrategies.com. We will process your request within 30 days in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
